Modeling & Coordination

How does it work?

BIM modeling creates a digital prototype of the building. Every element – from walls to tiny MEP valves – carries rich technical attributes. This allows us to simulate construction virtually, detect clashes, and resolve issues before they affect site schedules.

Parametric Models Architecture / Structure / MEP

We build BIM models based on 2D CAD drawings or 3D laser scan point clouds (Scan-to-BIM), enabling error-free renovation planning. Every component contains accurate metadata – material, dimensions, manufacturer, classification.

// 01

Documentation analysis

Reviewing input materials – CAD drawings, specs, requirements. Defining LOD boundaries and target deliverables.

// 02

Discipline model authoring

Parallel development of Architectural, Structural, and MEP models in Autodesk Revit with live CDE sync.

// 03

Federation & clash detection

Merging discipline models and running hundreds of clash detection rules in Navisworks. BCF conflict reporting.

// 04

Coordination & iteration

Workshops with designers, resolving spatial issues and re-auditing models. Full revision log in CDE.

// 05

Delivery & handover

Handover in RVT and open IFC formats, bill of quantities export, and team onboarding.

Multi-disciplinary Coordination

We unite architectural, structural, and MEP engineering models into one harmonious whole, resolving errors on screens rather than on the job site.

Clash Detection

Automated detection of MEP and structural collisions across hundreds of rule-sets in Navisworks Manage.

Bill of Materials (QTO)

Accurate quantity takeoffs extracted directly from geometric models, guaranteeing dependable cost estimates.

Space optimization

Route complex MEP services through tight ceiling voids, risers, and structural penetrations.

IFC Interoperability

Working with open IFC standards alongside native Revit formats, enabling seamless cross-platform collaboration.

Model Levels of Detail

We adjust LOD specifications to match project phases – from initial architectural concepts to fully verified As-Built models ready for operations.
